These Business Service Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Pistis Ghana Limited, Melange By Pistis or any of its subsidiaries.

Pistis Ghana believes in creating a conducive atmosphere for all clients and making sure every outfit has the seal of approval of the client. 

Our consultations are aimed at guiding the client to achieve the right fit with adequate information on colour, fabric choice and design from the client.

Clients are encouraged to also share their style inspirations with the design team for custom garments during consultations.

Consultations can be either virtual or in person and initial consultations attract a fee which must be paid after time and date are scheduled.

Clients can attend consultation with a partner or family member or friend but must be limited to not more than 2 persons.

N.B: Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, the consultation fee also serves as a deposit for your gown and will be deducted from your final invoice. 

All consultation time and date schedules should be strictly adhered to except in circumstances beyond the control of both parties. 

Clients should inform the team of availability after booking the slots.

In such situations where client may not be able to attend the consultation, the client should inform customer service 24 hours prior to the meeting and  a new slot allocated.

Failure to communicate a change of plans prior to consultation may result in the forfeiting of the slot until a new slot can be scheduled.

We encourage clients to make themselves available for measurements and divulge any situations including pregnancy or weight loss or gain prior to the production of the final garment.

Pitsis Ghana will not be held liable for failure or delay to communicate these changes that may affect the fit of the final product.

If you are unavailable for measurements, we are happy to ask you to engage the service or assistance of another individual or professional to take the measurement.

Measurement should be accurate and indicate all relevant body parts.

Achieving the Perfect fit drives the quality of work we do at Pistis Ghana as such we conduct  3 fittings at various stages of production.

We encourage clients to attend at least all 3 fittings and should be scheduled 4 clear weeks before your event.

If you are not in Ghana, the garment can be delivered to your destination and sent back if there are alterations or any other work to be done.

Pistis Ghana will not be responsible for any discrepancies in the fit of your garment/s if for any reason you choose to forgo your fitting(s).

Pistis Ghana will hold all data and sensitive information during consultation in confidence.

It is understood that no changes can be made to the details agreed upon after your consultation with the Pistis Design team.

It is also understood and confirmed that all information pertaining to the customer that may affect the fit of the Item, such as pregnancy or intention to lose weight, has been disclosed.

This agreement represents all terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other understanding or representations, oral or otherwise, regarding the agreement shall bind any of the parties.
