Local Brides (Brides in Ghana)

  1. Firstly, an order request is made to www.pistisghana.com
  2. On receipt of your application, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you and your details will be noted down.
  3. Four months or earlier to the confirmed event date, a follow up email will be sent to you to get your style inspiration among other relevant information. A contract will also be sent to you for completion.
  4. Upon receipt of the completed and signed contract an appointment date will be set based on the designer’s availability.
  5. This appointment will be done in person; you are expected to pay the non-refundable consultation fee before hand as stated in the contract.
  6. During the consultation, the design, fabric selection, fitting dates and pick up dates will be discussed with the designer.

For an additional charge, there is a dress up service for brides in Ghana on the day of the event. You may request this service if needed.

International Brides (Brides Abroad)

  1. Firstly, an order request is made topistisghana.com . On receipt of your application, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you and your details will be noted down.
  2. Four months or earlier to the confirmed event date, a follow up email will be sent to you to get your style inspiration among other relevant information. A contract will also be sent to you for completion.
  3. Upon receipt of the completed and signed contract an appointment date will be set based on the designer’s availability.
  4. This appointment will be done online (via Whatsapp video call or Facetime); you are expected to pay the non-refundable consultation fee before hand as stated in the contract.
  5. During the consultation, the design, fabric selection, fitting dates and pick up dates will be discussed with the designer.
  6. Production of gown is done within 3 months to confirmed event date, we will also send you a measurement guide for you to have your measurements taken abroad and thereafter you send them to us.
  7. Please ensure that the measurements are taken in inches and are as accurate as possible.

Shipping attracts an additional cost and is solely borne by the client.

Payment plans are discussed once you have committed to making the gown with Pistis. However, the consultation fee is required and a down payment of 35% of your estimated cost is needed to commence work on your gown. This is applicable to brides in Ghana only.

For International brides, the consultation fee is required and a down payment of 50% of your estimated cost is needed to commence work on your gown.

Walk in clients are most welcome to our showroom but if you wish to see the designer to discuss about making a custom-made outfit, then you will need an appointment date to meet with the designer.

Fabrics are provided strictly for the Wedding gowns. However, for the Kente gowns and Reception gowns you are permitted to provide your Kente or beaded lace. Despite that, the designers will advise on whether the fabric will be suitable for the design that you are interested in.

We encourage you to have a confirmed event date before contacting us to make a booking. 6 Months to your confirmed event date, is a good time to contact the Pistis Team.

We try to respond to all emails as soon as possible. It typically takes between 24 and 48 hours to get back a response due to the large volume of messages we receive.

Appointments are given usually 4 months to your confirmed event date.
